Optimized Process for Reliable Performance

- Ingot heating temperature: 460~480℃
- Extrusion speed: 12~18 m/min for uniform microstructure
- Peak aging treatment: 170℃ ± 5℃ for 6 hours
- Over-aging treatment: 195℃ ± 5℃ for 4 hours
These optimized parameters result in a fine, compact grain structure (grain grade 1–2), while achieving an ideal balance between mechanical strength and conductivity, ensuring long-term operational reliability.
