1060 CC Aluminum Transformer Foil Tape
With the development of the national economy, the domestic transformer consumption increased greatly, dry transformer consumption increased more. Dry transformer oil transformer oil as follows several advantages:
Low cost, long service life; flame retardant, high safety, low loss; low noise; small volume, light weight, convenient installation and maintenance, maintenance less, low cost; local electric effect of low value, strong ability of anti short circuit and lightning impulse ability, strong load capacity and high reliability; all aluminum good anti cracking performance of dry-type transformer.
Aluminum material for dry type transformer has been used for hot rolling of 1060 Aluminum Alloy slab. With the requirement of reducing the cost, the substitution of 1060 CC aluminum transformer foil tape is replaced.
With the aluminum strip for 1060 transformers produced by casting rolling, the indexes of tensile strength, elongation and conductivity meet the requirements, so as to replace the hot rolled blanks.

1) The production process of 1060 CC aluminum transformer foil tape is determined as follows: 1:
8.5mm casting rolling - cold rolling - stretch bending straightening - shearing - finished annealing
2) The annealing process for the furnace gas temperature 390 ℃, heating for 11 hours, heat preservation for 1 hours, air cooling out.
