Copper wire winding is used for high voltage casting transformer. Transformer aluminum foil and strip winding is used for low voltage winding. When aluminium foil winding is used in low voltage, DMD preprepreg paper is usually set as interlayer insulation. After winding on aluminium foil winding machine, it can be cured by heating. In this way, the low-voltage windings need not be molded and poured. Transformer aluminum foil wire winding not only has good workmanship and can improve production efficiency, but also can reduce transverse magnetic leakage so as to reduce the axial electrodynamic force, correspondingly improve the short-circuit strength and reduce additional losses.
