Henan Signi Aluminum chooses aluminium core as the conductor of self adhesive aluminum enamelled round wire, and aluminium has better heat dissipation than copper, and its price is relatively low; then coats the surface of aluminium core with one or several insulating coatings, in which the insulating coatings are polyamide imide coatings, which have better insulating effect; and then coats the insulating coatings on the surface of aluminium core. A layer or layers of heat dissipation layer is coated, which is composed of conductive materials and insulating paint. Finally, an insulating layer with self-stickiness and lubricity is coated on the outer layer of the heat dissipation layer.
