The coil of the transformer is the core of the transformer equipment. The performance of the transformer largely depends on the material of the coil. Advantages of aluminum foil winding transformer:
1. Due to the aluminum foil type coil, it occupies less space than the cylindrical coil conductor, and the effective working area is increased. As a result, the epoxy dry-type transformer using the aluminum foil coil is better small and lightweight.
2. Suppress thermal stress. The coils of epoxy dry-type transformers will have temperature changes due to load changes during operation.
